Vcity888 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the vcity888 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of your vcity888 account registration.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts from the same individual, device, or IP address are strictly prohibited;
• Non-Employees: vcity888 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as regular members.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad), an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. vcity888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their vcity888 account. The following responsibilities must be observed:

• Keep your password confidential — do not share it with anyone, including family members;
• Use a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols);
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices;
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the vcity888 support team immediately;
• Ensure that your registered email address and phone number remain active and accessible at all times.

Vcity888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence in maintaining account security. vcity888 will never ask for your password via email, phone, SMS, or any other communication channel.

Vcity888 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions on this platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The account name used for withdrawals must match the name registered on your vcity888 account.

For first-time withdrawal requests, or withdrawals exceeding RM5,000, full identity verification (KYC) is required. This is a standard procedure implemented to safeguard your funds and ensure compliance with anti-fraud regulations.

• Vcity888 reserves the right to temporarily freeze withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if any suspicious activity is detected;

Rollover Requirement (Wagering Requirement): All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements are detailed in each bonus offer — please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Claimable once per new member only. Rollover requirement: 20x the total of deposit + bonus;
• Reload Bonus: Subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms;
• Cashback: Credited automatically every Monday and withdrawable without rollover requirements unless otherwise stated;

Vcity888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time. Bonus system abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as the closure of all accounts involved.

The vcity888 Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member;
• Bets placed after a match has ended or after the wagered event has already occurred will not be accepted and will be fully refunded;
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, all related bets will be refunded within 48 hours;
• Vcity888 uses odds that are calculated fairly and transparently. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed in the system – you will be notified if a significant change occurs;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market type and sport — these limits are clearly displayed alongside each market;
• In the event of a dispute regarding match results, the official ruling of the relevant sports authority shall serve as the final reference.

Live Betting (In-Play): For live betting, odds are updated in real time. vcity888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting during critical moments in a match (e.g., penalty kicks or match disputes). This is standard procedure to safeguard market integrity.

All online casino games and slots at vcity888 use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in every round.

• All casino games use independently audited RNG — every outcome is random and cannot be manipulated;
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is displayed in the relevant game information;

• Internet disconnection during a casino session will not affect your account balance — our system records all game states;

Vcity888 reserves the right to void winnings obtained through known technical vulnerabilities or system errors. In such cases, affected members will be notified and their original deposit will be refunded in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcity888 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating multiple accounts;
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or other technological tools to access or interact with the platform;
• Fraud, identity falsification, or the use of another person's personal information;
• Attempting to exploit system errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity;
• Match fixing or collusion to influence the outcome of any wagered match;
• Use of unauthorised payment methods or methods that do not belong to you;
• Bonus system abuse, including hedging strategies to secure guaranteed winnings through bonuses.

Vcity888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in this agreement;
• Referrals from legal authorities;
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity;
• Failure to provide identity verification documents upon request;
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months (dormant accounts).

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the vcity888 support team. Prior to closure, any valid account balance (after deduction of unmet bonus conditions) will be refunded within 5 – 10 business days.

For inactive accounts with a positive balance, vcity888 will charge a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or 10% of the account balance (whichever is lower) after 12 months of inactivity.

Vcity888 and its related entities shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions, system downtime, or platform unavailability beyond vcity888's control;
• Errors in information provided by third-party data sources (e.g., scores, match results);
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to maintain proper account security;
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform;
• Internet connection disruptions on the member's end that prevent a bet from being cancelled or confirmed.

Vcity888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The vcity888 platform provides the following tools to help members manage their gambling habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits;

• Temporary Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.

Continued use of the vcity888 platform after any amendments to these Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.
